SAWSANDES was founded in 2010 and later changed to AWS and IES by Mr. Mario Constantine A. Malagkit, an experience Welder, Fitter turned Welding Instructor and later a Owner’s Representative Client Side Hull, Steel, Structural, Piping, Welding, NDT and Coating Inspector (CSWIP-UK)

TSWIP purpose is to meet the needs of the customers be a novice new aspirant or experienced looking for upgrading through effective learning, teaching and development of skills in the field of welding inspection as well as engineering construction and inspection through its consultancy.
