SAWSANDES was founded in 2010 and later changed to AWS and IES by Mr. Mario Constantine A. Malagkit, an experience Welder, Fitter turned Welding Instructor and later a Owner’s Representative Client Side Hull, Steel, Structural, Piping, Welding, NDT and Coating Inspector (CSWIP-UK) in Maritime emphasis.

Mr. Malagkit being a Resource Speaker in Welding, NDT and Coating started to transformed SAWSANDES into TSWIP in 2013 with a web forum and later constituted an office alongside with AWS and IES.
